Services. The team that gets you live, then keeps you running.

We implement the Raptas product you choose, connect it to your systems, validate the output with your team, and can run it with you, including 24/7 security monitoring and compliance operations.

From contract to live. Four steps, owned end to end.

Our implementation team configures the product you have chosen, integrates it with your systems, validates the data and the output, and hands it over trained and documented.

Configure

We start from the pre-built modules, report templates and workflows, then set them to your policies, taxonomies and approval routes. The product is configured for the engagement, not rebuilt around it.

Integrate

We connect the platform to the systems that already hold the data: core banking, the SIEM, Active Directory, ticketing systems and databases. Where a standard connector does not exist, we build against your APIs.

Validate

Data is migrated and checked against the source, the compliance framework is set up, and report output is reviewed with your team before anything goes live.

Go live

Staff training and operational handover are part of go-live, so the team that owns the platform can run it from day one.

We can run it with you. Under your policies.

Where your team is not staffed to run the platform around the clock, our operations team runs it for you and reports into your governance. Managed operations are optional and scoped separately.

Security monitoring

24/7 threat monitoring and incident response on Shield Sphere, with alerts and cases worked through the platform's evidence trail.

IT estate intelligence

Agentic OpsSphere investigations across logs, alerts, changes and topology, with each answer carrying its reasoning trace.

Compliance operations

Compliance workflow management, audit support and regulatory reporting across GRC Sphere and the risk products.

AI governance oversight

Guardrail AI inventory, monitoring and regulatory mapping, including oversight of sanctioned and shadow AI.

Executive reporting

Executive briefings and board-ready reporting, drawn from the same records the operations team works in.

Know where the surface is exposed.

Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT) for the applications, APIs, cloud accounts and networks your organization depends on. Testing combines automated scanning with manual penetration testing, and follows OWASP and PTES methods.

What you receive

  • A written report with findings and CVSS scores.
  • Prioritized remediation guidance.
  • Compliance-ready documentation.
  • Post-assessment support.

Leave the team able to run it.

Every implementation ends with training and a documented handover. Enablement can also be scoped on its own when a team changes or a new module goes live.

Training at go-live

Staff training and operational handover are part of every implementation, so the platform is not handed over before the team can use it.

Role-based tracks

Analysts, risk, compliance and IT operations each train on the screens and workflows they own. Course content is agreed per engagement.

Administrator enablement

Configuration, access, rules, models and approval routes, so routine changes stay with your team.

Handover pack

Documented procedures for the alerts, cases and reporting cycles the team will run.

Next step

Bring us the obligation. We'll show you who does what.

An implementation, a managed operations handover, a VAPT scoping call or a training plan. Start with the problem, and we will walk through it with the people who would do the work.
